Dr. Jason Kalk

Dr. Jason Kalk, graduated with honors from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicinewith his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine.  He completed advanced surgical training with a three year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Upstate, NY under the tutelage of Dr. Guido LaPorta.  Dr. Kalk has special interest in Forefoot & Rearfoot Surgery, Charcot Foot Reconstruction, Limb Salvage, and Ankle Arthroscopy.  He is the Director of Podiatric Residency Training at Swedish Covenant Hospital. Dr. Kalk is certified with WoundCare by the American Board of Wound Management and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Kalk was raised in Upstate, NY and proudly served in the United States Air Force.  His hobbies include weight training, fitness, and motorcycles.  He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children and his dogs.
